Assistant HR Manager
This position is responsible for assisting the in proactively building and managing the Human Resources processes and practices and ensuring that the organisation achieves business outcomes and competitive advantage through its people. will provide supprot to the Manager Human Resources in overseeing the activities of the Coordinators HR and Training and contributes at the strategic levels to the decision making process.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling recruitment process (Newspaper Ads, Initial Interviews, ext…).
- Participate in handling the orientation of the new comers and preparing their logistics (accommodation, computers, company mails, ext…) .
- Supervise the set up and testing of the Payroll Software.
- Participate in drafting policies and procedures.
- Participate in approving the HR & Administration budgets.
- Supervise fulfilling the training process in company (Training needs analysis, monitoring budget, ext…).
- Participate in dealing with auditing firms.
- Participate in responding to staff queries and complaints.
- Participate in handling the performance appraisal process.
- Preparing required reports concerning (manpower, organizational structures, ext…).
- Participate in following up Administration and Public relation activities.
- Conducting exit interviews for not managerial positions.
Education
- BSc in Business Admin Majoring in Human Resources Management
Experience
- 5 years experience in the same position. Preferred tertiary qualifications in HR or psycology/behavioral science.
