Assistant Services Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare lease contracts for all Mesaieed facilities including labor accommodation and commercial shops as per AlAqaria approved format. He shall process such documents through a software being adopted for this purpose.
  • Compile and update the Tenants Register that includes all details pertaining to all existing lease contracts.
  • Prepares formal "Notice" Letters to tenants for renewal of lease contracts.
  • Follow up with the tenants on the signing of lease contracts and submittal of post dates cheques to Finance
  • Follow up with the tenants on "Warning" Letters sent by AlAqaria legal advisor.

After three months, he will be responsible for:

  • Collecting and preparing a monthly statement for water and electricity meter readings in all Mesaieed facilities.
  • Preparing a monthly statement for all services invoices received from contractors operating in Mesaieed facilities.

Skills

  • Graduate from a reputable university
  • At least 3 years experience on the same field
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong knowledge in leasing contracts
  • Well focused and good coordination skills
  • Honest and hard working.
