IT Manager
- Main task is to align the IT Department with the Organization’s main strategies.
- Responsible for IT Department’s day to day activities including Software Development, ERP Implementation and post implementation support, Database Administration, IT Security & helpdesk, Network & System Administration.
- Assists and supports in the administration and operation of Organization’s IT Infrastructure System to provide related services and support to end user.
Key Responsibilities
- Performs wide variety responsible and confidential administrative and secretarial duties. Performs data entry, document production and data organization through the use of computers and other office equipment. Prepares a variety of materials from written or oral instructions or transcription equipment including correspondence, reports, charts, spreadsheets and statistical data that may be complex, technical and/or sensitive.
- Establishes and maintains complex and confidential files and recordkeeping systems; maintains inventories and orders supplies; maintains manuals and updates resource materials; copies, collates and distributes information; opens, sorts and distributes mail.
- Answers telephones and receives visitors; schedules appointments, maintains calendars and arranges and coordinates meetings and events. Provides information, routes inquiries, resolves complaints and interprets and explains policies and procedures, ensuring the appropriate distribution and release if confidential or sensitive information.
- Assists in the budget preparation and budget administration. Coordinates clerical work activities and determines work priorities and methods; provides lead direction and training for clerical employees.
- Handles the stationary and other small material requirements of the office and the department. Will monitor inventory and order material as and when required.
Qualifications
- University Master’s Degree in Computer Engineering or Information Technology Degree or equivalent.
- Extensive Knowledge and Hands On experience of DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, Server Clustering (Essential).
- 3 years Hands On experience in Managing (Plan, Configure, Implement, Troubleshoot) Microsoft Exchange 2003, 2007.
- Familiar with ITIL standards.
- More than 10 Years experience as an IT manager and at least 5 years ERP Full Major implementations cycle.
- Excellent English & Arabic speaking, writing and communication skills.
- Expert PC software skills, including: MS Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio.
