Maintenance Manager
Education
- Bachelor degree in Engineering is preferred ( Mechanical , Electrical )
Experience:
- 10 - 15 years experience of them at least 3 years in managerial level . experience in Real Estate or Facility Management is highly preferred.
Tasks:
- Manage all maintenance aspects, i.e. HVAC – Plumbing – Mechanical – Electrical and instrumentation.
- Prepare department budgets.
- Analyze staffing and equipment needs in order to allocate these resources pursuant to the division’s budget and to ensure that staff and equipment are being utilized effectively.
- Provide recommendation and ensure compliance with operational policies, priorities and standards in order to achieve long term and short term objectives.
- Receive and investigate complaints in order to take corrective and preventive actions.
- Attend client meetings to facilitate and solve problems.
- Review regularly and approve preventive maintenance programs.
- Maintain the safety & quality programs of the maintenance department.
- Prepare reports and submit recommendations to solve maintenance – related problems.
- Supervise mechanical , electrical engineers and labors also.
Competencies:
- Solid knowledge of the principles and practices of effective supervision and personnel management.
- Ability to estimate needs and coordinate materials, labors and equipment.
- Excellent Command of English Language.
- Excellent negotiation skills
- High organization skills
- Ability to apply and adopt modern techniques and also ability to deliver knowledge to others.
Skills
- Graduate from a reputable university
- At least 3 years experience on the same field
- Strong communication skills
- Strong knowledge in leasing contracts
- Well focused and good coordination skills
- Honest and hard working.
