Training HR Coordinator

  • Carries out training need analysis to all level of employees.
  • Identify type of training required to support the business transactions operations & career growth.
  • Ensure that employees are developed to their highest potential.
  • Create a conductive working environment that will enhance staff learning, productivity in achieving departmental objectives through motivation, coaching & career progression & development.
  • Prepare training calendar & budget for the year.
  • Monitor all sources of salaries & benefits entitlement, overtime, holiday pay, leave of absence & merit increase changes and make adjustments to initiate appropriate transactions.

Skills

  • Business Administration Degree, Major in HR from a reputable University.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in HR & preferable bilingual.
  • Strong Communications Skill.
  • Computer & Presentation Skill.
