Training HR Coordinator
- Carries out training need analysis to all level of employees.
- Identify type of training required to support the business transactions operations & career growth.
- Ensure that employees are developed to their highest potential.
- Create a conductive working environment that will enhance staff learning, productivity in achieving departmental objectives through motivation, coaching & career progression & development.
- Prepare training calendar & budget for the year.
- Monitor all sources of salaries & benefits entitlement, overtime, holiday pay, leave of absence & merit increase changes and make adjustments to initiate appropriate transactions.
Skills
- Business Administration Degree, Major in HR from a reputable University.
- Minimum 5 years experience in HR & preferable bilingual.
- Strong Communications Skill.
- Computer & Presentation Skill.
